The University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) recently contracted a Design Build Team led by Giffels Partnership Solutions to construct a new state-of-the-art Trades and Technology Centre at the Canada Education Park campus.
University of Northern British Columbia
In October of 2007, the University Of Northern British Columbia opened the Northern Sport Centre. The construction of the building came in on schedule and on budget thanks to the expert handling of the Design Build Contract by Western Industrial Contractors Ltd.
Simon Fraser Abutment Endfills
Project Description : Supply and place 50mm MOT Spec. Bridge Endfills at the Simon Fraser Bridge in Prince George, British Columbia. The bridge is currently being twinned by Surespan Construction.
Canwest Mall – Langford BC
Project Description : Work involved the construction and modification of the storm & sanitary systems for these commerical units. A watermain system both domestic & fire. Excavation & placement of gravels for new parking spaces.
