The University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) recently contracted a Design Build Team led by Giffels Partnership Solutions to construct a new state-of-the-art Trades and Technology Centre at the Canada Education Park campus. Western Industrial Contractors (WIC) were the general contractor and worked closely with UFV during the design, construction and commissioning phases of the project. [Read more]

In October of 2007, the University Of Northern British Columbia opened the Northern Sport Centre. The construction of the building came in on schedule and on budget thanks to the expert handling of the Design Build Contract by Western Industrial Contractors Ltd. [Read more]
