Project Description :
Industrial, Mechanical work on municipal water booster station. The existing water supplyto the Burke Mountain Area is delivered by the Greater Vancouver Water District’s main at Oxford Street.
The municipal Oxford Heights main distributes water to the BurkeMountain area via a system of pumps, small diameter distribution mains and a reservoir.
The City’s existing distribution systems did not have sufficient capacity to supply the population envisaged in the northeast.
