The University of the Fraser Valley
The University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) recently contracted a Design Build Team led by Giffels Partnership Solutions to construct a new state-of-the-art Trades and Technology Centre at the Canada Education Park campus.
Canwest Mall – Langford BC
Project Description : Work involved the construction and modification of the storm & sanitary systems for these commerical units. A watermain system both domestic & fire. Excavation & placement of gravels for new parking spaces.
Gateway Retirement Center
The Gateway Retirement Community will be Northern Health’s newest complex serving Northern BC and Prince George area.
Prince George Airport Parking Lot Expansion
Description: New parking lot and underground services at the Prince George Airport. Worked around existing parking lot, customers and traffic to create a new, modern parking area for travellers.
Hester Creek Estate Winery
Project Description : Construction of the new Hester Creek Estate Winery in Oliver, BC. Hester Creek is building a state of the art 22,000 sqft winery, wine shop and tasting room. John Brinks Trade Centre
Project Description : Interior renovation to existing Canadian Tire building. We transformed the old Canadian Tire building in Prince George to a modern Trade Centre for future industry employees. The Building was completely transformed from a retail store to a state-of-the-art training facility.
Northland Hyundai
Project Description : Western Industrial Contractors were the project managers and general contractors on the Northland Hyundai dearlship in Prince George, British Columbia. We cleared the new lot for construction and performed all aspects of construction for the attractive new dealership.
Northern Sports Centre
General contract for construction of the state of the art Charles Jago Sports Centre. Project included three basketball courts, 2 indoor soccer fileds, fitness room, dance studio, wight room and three squash courts.
Treasure Cove Casino
Project Description : Western Industrial Contractors were the principal contractors in the construction of the new 32000 sq ft casino in Prince George, British Columbia. As the head contractor, were involved in all aspects of construction for Prince George’s newest attraction.
